Need to add to a Pontic at the tissue?  Take a PICKUP IMPRESSION Home       Information Page       Directions       Contact Us Home       Information Page       Directions       Contact Us Here's a lava bridge that needs a little porcelain added to the tissue. The easiest way is to simply seat the bridge and then impress around it. Make sure to get material UNDER the pontic area as shown.  Pull the impression and send it to the lab. After the lab gets the impression, they will apply separating agent to the castings to facilitate removal.  The next step is to pour the impression in stone.  The resulting model reveals the amount of porcelain needed to fill in the triangles and the underside of the tissue.
